At Josey Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or equipment is defective or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item is being returned.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to ensure the record jacket and media are protected during transit.

  Ship to Josey Records

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our main warehouse location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
